Aw measurement of samples

1.
Turn ON the power switch and let the device warm up for 30 minutes with the top cover
closed.
Note
Use only the power adapter for EZ-200.
2.
Put an appropriate amount of
sample into a sample container.
Close the lid and store until the
container reaches the same temperature as the water
activity meter.

For sample with approximately 0.60 Aw or
less, it is recommended to dry the inside of
the sample chamber with silica gel before
starting a measurement.
When using in "sensor protection filter"
mode, please check the instruction manual.

0.41～0.60 Dry until 0.3Aw
