ATTENTION!
- Never try to open the case or remove its back cover.
- Do not operate buttons underwater
- Should moisture appear inside the watch, have it checked immediately by your dealer. Moisture can cause erosion of the metal parts of the watch.
- The watch is designed to withstand normal use. Avoid dropping or otherwise abusing the watch.
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures.
- Wipe the watch with a dry, soft cloth only. Avoid direct contact with chemicals that can cause deterioration of the plastic parts of the watch.
- Avoid wearing the watch in close proximity to strong magnetic fields or static charge.
- Replacement battery type: CR 2025
- Button operations are indicated using the letters as shown in the illustration.

DISPLAY

MODE SELECTION
- Press "B" to change modes in the following sequence:
- Temperature mode
- Timekeeping mode
- Alarm mode
- Stopwatch mode
- Time setting mode
MODE INSTRUCTIONS
TEMPERATURE
- In temperature mode, press "D" to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit, press "D" again to change it back.
- The temperature reading function measures ambient temperature, not body temperature.
- Temperature reading may vary from ambient temperature.
The expected range of variation is as follows:
+/- 2 degrees Celsius
+/- 4 degrees Fahrenheit
Environmental factors may produce larger variances. Contact with body may result in greater variation. For best results, remove watch from wrist and place in location where temperature reading is desired. Leave for up to 30 minutes. - Temperature readings are updated every 10 minutes. While updating, display may show -4˚ or -20˚. Pressing the "D" button will reset to show reading.
- The watch may take up to 30 minutes to accurately register large changes in temperature.
BACKLIGHT
- In any mode, press "A" to illuminate the display. The backlight will stay on for 3 seconds.
TIMEKEEPING
- In timekeeping mode, Day and Date are displayed along with Time.
- In timekeeping mode, press "D" to change from 12 Hour to 24 Hour mode. Press again to change back.
- In 12 Hour mode, a "P" will indicate "PM"
- "24H" will indicate that the time is in 24 Hour mode.
ALARM
- The alarm sounds at the preset time each day for about 20 seconds each day. Press any button to stop it.
- In alarm mode, press "D"
Once: The alarm will be on and the chime will be off.
Twice: The alarm will be off and the chime will be on.
Three times: Both the alarm and the chime will be on.
Four times: Both the alarm and the chime will be off.
Look for "alarm" and "chime" icons on the display.
Setting the Alarm
- In alarm mode, press "C" until the hour flashes. Flashing indicates that the hour is ready to be set.
- Press the "D" to change the hour. Press "D" and hold to scroll through the numbers quickly.
- Press "C" set the hour and change the minutes.
- Press "D" to change the minutes. Press "D" and hold to scroll through the numbers quickly.
- Press "C" to return to alarm mode.
STOPWATCH
Lap Time
- In stopwatch mode, press "C" to reset to zero.
- Press "D" to start the stopwatch.
- Press "D" again to stop the stopwatch.
Split Time
- In stopwatch mode, press "D" to start the stopwatch.
- Press "C" to display the split time. Stopwatch continues timing internally
- Press "C" again to clear the split time and continue the measurement.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 to measure multiple split times.
- Press "D" to stop the stopwatch.
TIME SETTING
- In time setting mode, the seconds will flash. Press "D" to reset them to zero.
- Press "C" to select the hour field. Hours will start flashing on the display.
- Press "D" to change the hour. Press and hold to scroll through the numbers quickly.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 to select and change minutes, month, date and day of the week in that order.
- When finished, press "B" to change modes.
