You are in the vehicle and the key currently cannot be detected
by the vehicle.
Change the location of the SmartKey in the vehicle.

If the SmartKey still cannot be detected:
Insert the key into the ignition lock and turn it to the desired

position ( page 111).

The SmartKey needs to be replaced.
Visit a qualified specialist workshop.

You have put the wrong SmartKey in the ignition lock.
Use the correct SmartKey.

At least one door is open. A warning tone also sounds.
Close all doors and lock the vehicle again.

The KEYLESS-GO start function is temporarily malfunctioning or
