READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
- This appliance has been designed for domestic use only.
- Cold preparations: Minimum temperature 0°C. If the temperature is too
low, take the siphon out of the fridge and wait for 1 hour before use.
- Warm or hot preparations: Maximum temperature 40°C. If the
temperature is too high, let the preparation cool down for 1 hour at
room temperature and place it in the fridge for 1 hour before using it.
- Never use the siphon if it is cracked or deformed.
- Keep the siphon out of the reach of children.
- Do not drop this product regardless of whether it is pressurised or not.
- This siphon works under pressure, injuries may result from careless use.
The use of this product requires particular care and attention.
- Never open the siphon by force. If it doesn't open, refer to the
instructions contained in the paragraph "In the event of failure to work/
obstruction".
- Never attempt to open the siphon when it is pressurised: In the event
of obstruction of the siphon, follow the instructions in the chapter "In the
event of failure to work/obstruction".
- Never use more than one cartridge per preparation. If the preparation
does not come out after having used a full cartridge, never use a second
cartridge. Follow the siphon decompression instructions, empty and
clean the siphon before using it again.
- Do not fill the siphon above or below 0,50 L. Use a funnel to fill the
siphon. The siphon has been designed to work with a content of exactly
0,50 L of preparation. Underfilling or overfilling can lead to malfunctions.
- Never use ingredients that are excluded in the user manual.
- Before each use, ensure that the nozzle is not blocked.
- Do not dismantle parts except for what is indicated in the manual.
- This product is not eligible for any after-sales services. The spare parts
and accessories supplied with this siphon are not individually available
for sale.
- Never pressurise by using a source other than what is indicated in the
user manual.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Before each use, rinse the bottle, first with hot water, then with cold
water.
2. Systematically filter your preparations with a sieve. The preparation
may contain only very fluid liquids without lumps. Substances like grains
or pulp can clog the outlet valve and affect the correct working of the
siphon.
3. Fill the siphon with 0,50 L of the preparation. Do not fill above or
below 0,50 L. In the event of underfilling (less than 0,50 L): the pressure
will not be sufficient to push out the preparation. In this case, never
use a second cartridge, and decompress the siphon before opening it
(instructions in the chapter "In the event of failure to work/obstruction").
In the event of overfilling (more than 0,50 L): risk of obstruction of the
outlet valves or damage to the siphon.
4. Place the seal inside the lid (fig. 1) and firmly screw the lid onto the
bottle. The lid is positioned correctly when no thread is visible (fig. 2 & 3).
5. Insert a cartridge (8 g cartridge of N2O) in the charger (fig. 4).
6. Screw the charger onto the gas inlet nozzle until the contents of the
cartridge are released with a whistling sound (Fig. 5). Never lean on the
siphon when loading the cartridge. Only use one cartridge at a time. Do
not put the filled and pressurised siphon in the freezer.
7. Unscrew the cartridge and the cartridge holder before using the
siphon. The slight whistling sound heard when unscrewing is normal.
Remove and throw away the empty cartridge (recyclable).
8. For cold preparations (minimum temperature 0°C), place the siphon
horizontally in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Do not put the siphon in the
freezer, which could damage the siphon. If the temperature is too low,
take the siphon out of the fridge and wait for 1 hour before use.
9. For warm or hot preparations (maximum temperature 40°C), pour
the preparation into the body at the desired temperature and serve
immediately. Do not expose the siphon to heat (cooker, microwave, sun,
bain-marie...). Do not put the siphon into an oven or a microwave.
10. When serving, screw the nozzle of your choice onto the outlet nozzle
(Fig. 7). Position the siphon upside down, shake well and press on the
trigger to release the preparation (Fig. 8). Always keep the siphon upside
down (otherwise, the pressure will escape and the preparation will
remain inside the siphon).
11. Empty the siphon completely.
12. Before opening the siphon, press on the trigger to release the
remaining pressure. Do not open forcefully. When all the pressure is
released, the siphon opens easily. If this is not the case, do not force it.
Follow the siphon's decompression instructions (see below).
13. Unscrew the lid and start cleaning by following the steps described in
the chapter "Dismantling and cleaning the siphon".
Maintenance and cleaning:
After each use,
- Dismantle the product following the instructions in the chapter
"Dismantling and cleaning the siphon".
- Carefully clean each of the accessories with a mild detergent and
a brush.
- Leave the lid and the bottle to dry separately.
- Do not clean the accessories of the siphon in boiling water!
- Do not put in the dishwasher.
- Never use chlorine, abrasive or sharp products.
- Store in a safe place with no risk of falling and out of the reach of
children. The siphon must be stored open: the head and body of the
siphon must be stored separately. The different elements of the head
must be assembled during storage (head, seal and nozzles).
Do not attempt to make personal modifications and/or repair any parts
yourself. Only use the accessories supplied with the siphon. Never
combine it with parts from other products. In the event of damage to
one of the parts, stop using the siphon and throw the product away
respecting the sorting instructions in force.
This product does not have an after-sales service. The spare parts
and accessories supplied with this siphon are not available for sale
individually.
