Problem
The floor of the
refrigerator is wet.
Food has frozen
together.
There is no audible
alarm even though the
door has been open for
a long time.

Possible cause and remedy
The condensate drain hole is blocked.
Clean the condensate channel and drain hole.
The food packaging was not dry when loaded in the
freezer.
Use a blunt instrument, e.g. a spoon handle or
plastic scraper, to prise it apart carefully.
This is not a fault. The alarm has been switched off in
Settings mode. If you want to switch the audible
alarm back on again:
In Settings mode , use the or sensor to
scroll to the symbol.
Touch OK.
Use the and sensors to select the volume you
want for alarms and buzzers.
Touch OK.
When the alarms and buzzers are switched on,
will appear.
