Problem | Cause | Solution |
The appliance does not warm up. | The appliance is not connected to power. | Insert the power plug into the power socket and switch on the appliance. |

The letter "P" is shown on the controller display screen or the display does not light up. | The blanket part and the controller are not correctly connected. | Unplug the power plug, properly plug the blanket into the controller, reswitch on the controller. |

The letter "E" is shown on the controller display screen. | The blanket/ controller has overheating protection. | Unplug the power plug, spread out the blanket and let it cool down, then re-switch on the controller. If you can not troubleshoot, the blanket is damaged. |
The blanket heating element has been damaged due to overheating, the controller has blown the OverTemp thermal fuse. | The blanket is damaged. Need to be scrapped. |
