    ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION NECESSARY TOOLS REQUIRED INSTALL BOTTOM TRAY FOR ASSEMBLY Carefully turn the cart upside down and lay • 10 mm socket (for side handle) its top on to a protective surface. Position • 14 mm socket the bottom tray over the bottoms of the pillars.
  • Page 7 ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION INSTALL SIDE HANDLE TO REMOVE DRAWERS Position the side handle over the holes Pull the drawer out so it is almost fully in the upper part of the tool cart and at- extended. PUSH UP on the black release tach with four (4) M6x12 hex bolts.

    MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY MAINTENANCE WARNING: DO NOT stand on this product or lean on the drawers. For casters, use high quality bearing grease (annually/yearly). WARNING: WEAR SAFETY Lubricate the slides (twice a year) with GLASSES when removing or repositioning a product like WD40 or other quality the slides.
