After receiving your equipment, remove the protective container. Do a complete visual inspection, and if damage is noted, photograph it for insurance claims and contact your carrier at once, requesting inspection. Also contact Baileigh Industrial and inform them of the unexpected occurrence. Temporarily suspend installation. -

Insert threaded ends of the Rod (item #9) through 5.2 Model B-CART-MF hole in each Rod Mount (items #8 & #10) and Clean all rust-protected surfaces with a mild solvent. tighten a Rod Knob (item #7) onto each threaded end. - Page 8 5. Turn the cart assembly upside down. CAUTION: Cart is heavy. To avoid injury, use two or more people to turn cart to upside down. Turn the Base (item #12) upside down and place on the cart assembly as shown in Figure 4-15. Make sure the Axle is over the Side Panel that does not have the handle.

Loosen the set screw (item #17) in the four Limit Rings (item #16) (see Figure 4-27). Slide a Limit Ring over each end of the Axle, followed by a Wheel (item #15) and the remaining Limit Ring. Snug the Limit Rings and Wheels to the Base.
