    • ÜBER DIESEN MESSERSCHÄRFER Das Gerät verfügt über eine einzigartige Schärfrolle, die Messer bei 330 U/min mit- hilfe von 20 Keramikstäben schärft, die quer an der Rolle angeordnet sind. Die Kera- mikstäbe gewährleisten ein schonendes und effizientes Schärfen der Schneide im richtigen Winkel.

    • ABOUT THIS KNIFE SHARPENER The appliance is equipped with a unique sharpening-wheel that sharpens the knife by 20 ceramic pins that are positioned crosswise in a wheel that rotates with a speed of 330 rpm. The ceramic pins guarantee a careful and efficient sharpening that forms the knife-edge in a correct angle.

    Place the blade (where the blade begins, by the handle) in the wheel with a slight pressure and pull it slowly, during approx. 3-4 seconds, towards you. Check the sharp- ening result after 3 to 5 times: Repeat until desired sharpening is achieved. Release the power button.
