Hi I own (my wife actually) a Grind coffee machine for 18 months and the steam is not evenly entering the pod and the machine spits steam when you release the clamp. Gave the insides a good clean with a toothbrush and this has improved performance but it’s still not perfect. The machine is 18 months old so no warranty and Grind were not very helpful. I think it possibly needs the internal cleaned better but I would need to take the housing off to access. Do you have instructions as to how I can do this - thank you!
