3. STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTIC As shown in Fig.1 & 2, the clean bench consists of the body case, HEPA filter, air supply fan unit, working table and control panel etc. The body of the case is made of thin steel plate and its surface is sprayed with lacquer. 1. -

The clean bench uses fan with variable air volume system, by switching the fan speed to keep the average air velocity in ideal range; therefore prolong the service life of HEPA filter. 4. WORK PRINCIPLE The flow type of the Series VS Clean Bench is vertical laminar flow, and Series HS Clean Bench adopts the horizontal laminar flow type. -
