IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
  3. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.

  4. If the door or door seals are damaged, the oven must not be operated until it has been repaired by a competent person.

  5. It is hazardous for anyone other than a competent person to carry out any service or repair operation, which involves the removal of any cover, which gives protection against exposure to microwave energy.

  6. Liquids or other food must not be heated in sealed containers since they are liable to explode.
  7. Utensils should be checked to ensure that they are suitable for use in microwave ovens.
  8. When heating food in plastic or paper containers, check the oven frequently due to the possibility of ignition.
  9. If smoke is emitted, switch off or unplug the appliance and keep the door closed in order to stifle any flames.
  10. Microwave heating of beverages can result in delayed boiling; therefore care has to be taken when handling the container.
  1. The content of feeding bottles and baby food jars are to be stirred or shaken and the temperature is to be checked before consumption, in order to avoid burns.
  2. Eggs in their shell and whole hard-boiled eggs shall not be heated in microwave ovens since they might explode even after microwave heating has ended.
  3. Failure to maintain the oven in a clean condition could lead to deterioration of the surface that could adversely affect the life of the appliance and possibly result in a hazardous situation.
  4. Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. In case of malfunction, repairs are to be conducted by qualified personnel only.

  5. During cleaning or operation do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids. Never hold the appliance under running water.
  6. Regularly check the power plug and power cord for damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a danger or injury.
  7. The microwave is intended to be used freestanding. Do not use as built-in or in a cabinet. Place the microwave on a flat, level and firm surface. Make sure there is enough free space around the appliance (10 cm behind, 20 cm above and 5 cm on both sides).
  8. Read this instruction manual carefully before using the appliance. It contains important information for your safety as well as operating and maintenance advice.
  9. Observe all safety instructions to avoid damage through improper use! Follow all warnings on the appliance.
  10. Keep this instruction manual for future use. Should this appliance be passed on to a third party, then this instruction manual must be included.
  11. Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, check that the power supply voltage and current rating corresponds with the power supply details shown on the appliance rating label.
  12. Never use a damaged appliance! Disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet and contact your retailer if it is damaged.
  13. To avoid damaging the cord, do not squeeze, bend or chafe it on sharp edges. Keep it away from hot surfaces and open flames as well.
  14. Lay out the cord in such a way that no unintentional pulling or tripping over it is possible.
  15. If an extension cord is used, its capacity needs to be suitable for the power consumed by the appliance.
  16. Do not operate the appliance with wet hands or while standing on a wet floor. Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
  17. Do not open the appliance casing under any circumstances. Do not insert any foreign objects into the inside of the casing.
  18. Never use accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer. They could pose a safety risk to the user and might damage the appliance. Only use original parts and accessories.
  19. Do not place heavy objects on top of the appliance. Do not place objects with open flames, e.g. candles, on top of or beside the appliance. Do not place objects filled with fluids, e.g. vases, on or near the appliance.
  20. Do not pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet by the power cord and do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.
  21. Connect the power plug to an easily reachable electrical outlet so that in case of an emergency the appliance can be unplugged immediately. Pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet to completely switch off the appliance. Use the power plug as the disconnection device.
  22. Disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
  23. Always turn the appliance off before disconnecting the power plug.
  24. Use the appliance exclusively for the preparation of food. Do not use the appliance to dry clothing, paper or other objects.
  25. Do not operate the appliance without food in the cooking compartment. Operating without food can damage the appliance.
  26. Dishes can become hot due to the heated food. Therefore, always use oven gloves to take the food out of the appliance.
  27. Do not use the appliance for storage purposes. Do not leave paper products, cooking utensils or food inside the appliance.
  28. Do not use the microwave oven without the glass turntable in place.
  29. This product is a Group 2 Class B ISM equipment. The definition of Group 2 which contains all ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) equipment in which radio frequency energy is intentionally generated and/or used in the form of electromagnetic radiation for the treatment of material, and spark erosion equipment. For Class B equipment is equipment suitable for use in domestic establishments and in establishments directly connected to a low voltage power supply network which supplies buildings used for domestic purpose.
  30. Always cook food with container.

INTENDED USE

This appliance is only intended for cooking food using microwave energy. Do not use it to dry other materials or to store food.

  • This appliance is only suitable for private household use and it is not designed for commercial purposes.
  • This appliance is intended for indoor dry use only.
  • Use the appliance only as described in this manual. Any other use might lead to damage of the appliance, property or personal injury.
  • No liability will be accepted for damage resulting from improper use or non-compliance with this manual.

SUITABILITY OF DISHES

Suitable:

  • Use only dishes suitable for use in microwave ovens. When using dishes for microwave ovens pay attention to the instructions of the manufacturer.
  • Round dishes rather than square one's are recommended.
  • Following table should help you to make the right choice of dishes suitable for microwave oven.

Not suitable:

  • Containers made of wood or melamine are not suitable.
  • Do not use containers with small openings (for example bottles).
  • Do not use meat thermometers that are not explicitly marked by the manufacturer as suitable for microwave ovens.

PRIOR TO INITIAL START-UP

  • Remove all packaging materials including packaging material inside cavity.
  • Clean the appliance as described in the section "Cleaning and care".
  • Check the assembly of turntable roller and glass turntable according to figure of chapter "CONTROL ELEMENTS".

OPERATION

  • Open the door by pressing door release button. Put the food with container into cavity. Close the door.
  • Select desired cooking power level by turning power selector.
  • Select desired cooking time by turning timer.
    Note:
    1. The microwave oven will start cooking after timer is set.
    2. If selecting cooking time is less than 2 minutes, firstly turn timer clockwise over 2 minutes, then return to the correct time.
  • After time up, the microwave oven will stop operating and sound signal ("ding") is generated.
  • To stop operation of microwave oven during cooking process, turn timer to "0" position and sound signal ("ding") is generated.
  • Open the door by pressing door release button and take out the food carefully.

Notes:

  1. Grill rack (9) can be used in Grill and Combi mode.
  2. Glass turntable (7) should always be used in Microwave, Grill and Combi mode.
  3. Suitable dishes can be placed on the Grill rack (9) during Grill and Combi mode operation (make sure it will not touch the heating element) or directly on the Glass turntable (7).

CLEANING AND CARE

  • warningAttention: Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads for cleaning.

  • Always unplug the oven before you do some cleaning.
  • Use only mild detergents.
  • Clean the cooking department with damp cloth and mild detergent (if necessary). Afterwards wipe and dry thoroughly.
  • Clean the outside surface with soft dry cloth.
  • In particular, pay attention to soiling in the area of the door sealing (door and doorframe). Remove soiling with damp cloth and mild detergent (if necessary). Afterwards wipe and dry thoroughly.
  • Glass turntable, grill rack and turntable roller can be cleaned with warm water with a mild detergent. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
  • To remove the odors from cavity, combine a cup of water with juice and skin of one lemon in a deep microwaveable bowl, cook for 5 minutes. Wipe and dry thoroughly with soft dry cloth.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Before contacting the customer service, please check the following:

  • Is the plug inserted into an outlet properly?
  • Is the appliance door closed properly?
  • Is a cooking time set?
  • Is the current supply ensured (fuse)?
