DIGIQUEST WHIP 250 PREPARATION OF THE ELECTRIC WHISK The following operations must be carried out with the cable NOT connected to the power socket: Remove the accessories from the packaging. Wash all components (see the CLEANING section). Fit the whisk or hooks into the corresponding holes, get to the stop, you will feel the engagement. - Page 22 DIGIQUEST WHIP 250 engine cool down for at least 3 minutes before resuming a new work cycle. Place the whips or cake tins in the bowl and start the appliance by first selecting the minimum speed and then the desired speed: "1" min. speed / "5" max. speed.
