Keeping back straight and flexing your knees will help maintain balance.

    1. MAINTENANCE JTS hand pumps require very little maintenance. We do recommend the inner cylinder be lubricated every 3 months using silicon grease. STEP 1: Raise the pump to very top of its stroke OUTER CYLINDER STEP 2: Apply a small amount of silicon grease to the inner cylinder.
