Service B at 30,000 KM or 2 years; then every 30,000 KM or 2 years (Engine 156)
Service B at 40,000 KM or 2 years; then every 40,000 KM or 2 years (Engine 273)
Wheels, brakes
Inspect tires for damage and splits
Measure tread depth and record in mm
Check thickness of brake pads, front and rear
Check condition/thickness of brake discs (front/rear)
Correct tire inflation pressure
Check inflation pressure in spare tire (where applicable)
Visually check brake system components, lines, hoses, calipers
Remove and fit wheels
Tire rotation (where applicable)
Check TIREFIT sealant expiration date (where applicable)
Activate Tire Pressure Monitoring System
Underside of vehicle
Leakage - Major components
Check for chafe marks, line routing, damaged components.
In the event of leakage, determine cause and perform repair.
Check condition of front axle ball joints and rubber boots
Check condition of steering mechanical components and rubber boots
Check condition of driveshaft flexible discs
Check condition of front axle rubber bushings
Check condition of rear axle rubber bushings
Lubricate joints on throttle control, check operation and condition
Visually inspect propeller shafts, universal joints and collapsible sections
