Elements replacement labor is included for 6 months, the remainder of the first year is parts only. Your warranty will begin either on the date you return the Nieco warranty card that is shipped with your machine, or 30 days after shipment of the machine from the Nieco factory. - Page 11 This is particularly true of high value important components as motors and controls, or any parts showing a pattern of failure.
