    H70.0.11.6C-04 Operating Manual GMH 3551 page 8 of 20 6.3 rH measurement The rH value is a calculated value of a pH and an ORP measurement. For example it is used to describe the anti oxidative effect of food. This is a measure for the ability of food to reduce harmful free radicals.
