L O C A T I O N R E Q U I R E M E N T S Make sure you have at least 78.7 in/2m of clearance behind the Tread and 24 in/60 cm of clearance on each side of the Tread. Install the Tread in an area not accessible to children or pets.
S E T T I N G U P Y O U R T R E A D C O N T I N U E D L E V E L L I N G If the Tread rocks or wobbles, stabilise it by adjusting the back feet. Use a 27 mm spanner or an adjustable spanner to loosen the nut at the top of each back leg.
M O V I N G T H E T R E A D C A U T I O N : Do not attempt to move the Tread with fewer than two people. Make sure to power down and unplug the Tread before moving it. One person stands at front, holding the handrail.

Problem: The touchscreen has trouble connecting to WiFi. Solution: Peloton recommends a minimum of 10-15 mbps download and 2.5 mbps upload speed for your touchscreen. WiFi extenders and boosters, distance from the router, and obstructions like walls and furniture can weaken your WiFi signal.

Problem: The Tread does not register heart rate data. Solution: Check your heart rate monitor. Is the sensor receiving data? You may need to tighten the strap or moisten the electrodes to help the monitor pick up your heart rate. Is the heart rate monitor paired with a different device?
