    1. INTENDED USE The power tool is intended for sawing wood, metal and plastics. Not suitable for professional use. 2.   • Page 7 5.2 ADJUSTING THE BASEPLATE The baseplate (7) can be adjusted to 45 in relation to the saw direction to allow bevelling. Use the Allen key(5) to loosen the two screws under the baseplate, adjust the plate to the desired angle and then retighten the screws.
  • Page 8 5.4 ADJUSTING THE PENDULUM REGULATOR The saw’s pendulum (counterweight) has four settings which can be selected using the pendulum adjustment knob (6). These settings can be used to adjust the travel and quality of the cut to the type of material to be sawn.

    5.6 SAWING WOOD • Check that the item does not contain nails or other metal objects. Always wear a mask. 5.7 SAWING METAL • We recommend lubricating the material and saw blade with cutting oil to protect the tool and avoid overheating.

    9. WARRANTY WARRANTY The manufacturer guarantees the product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of the original purchase. The warranty only applies if the product is for household use. The warranty does not cover breakdowns due to normal wear and tear. The manufacturer agrees to replace parts identified as defective by the designated distributor.

    10. PRODUCT FAILURE WHAT TO DO IF MY MACHINE BREAKS DOWN? If you bought your product in a store: a) Empty the fuel tank if your product has one . b) Make sure that your machine is complete with all accessories supplied, and clean! If this is not the case, the repairer will refuse the machine.
