7. product quality commitment
7.1 All products must be carefully tested and inspected by the factory's quality inspectors before
they can leave the factory. Each product is guaranteed to be free of defects in parts and
assembly when leaving the factory.
7.2 We provide a one-year warranty for the product (except for vulnerable parts or damaged
parts), and regular return visits and inspections during the warranty period. All repair costs
and accessories costs caused by product quality problems shall be borne by the seller or by
the local After-sales service dealers contact Ma Zhaoli (Guangdong) Technology Co., Ltd.
7.3 Note: This warranty does not apply to repairs, negligence, abuse, product damage caused
by fire, or any accidents caused by operating the machine not in accordance with operating
requirements.
7.4 In addition, wearing parts (wheels, rubber strips, absorbent rubber strips, brush trays,
needle holders) are not covered by the warranty. The battery is a special product, which is
related to the standard use of the operator. The warranty period is 6 months. If the battery
is used outside of this product, the warranty is invalid, and all communication and
transportation costs must be borne. Claims of any nature are not allowed. Please read the
