General Information Safety instructions Smart Biogas meter should be installed by a qualified gas plumber. Only a trained and suitably qualified biogas technician, engineer or plumber should make changes to biogas pipework. All pipe work should be tested for leaks at a suitable pressure on completion of installation of the meter. -
