  • Page 7 There are five gears(five lights) to adjust the swing speed, divided by "+" and "-" two keys to choose the swing speed (as shown in the figure). 2) There are three types of time setting. When put down the cloth of footrest, then make elastic band through the foot rest, and then fasten the elastic band on the pedal pin. As shown below.
