consists of items below:
1 Deck Sheet, Riveted
2 Deck Clip, Extruded
3 Plate, Deck Sheet
4 Deck Clip, Gemini XL Lower
5 Deck Clip, Gemini XL Center
6 Screw, Truss Head, 10-32 x 1/2
7 Nut, Hex Lock, 10-32 Thread
1. Note the position and orientation of the clips on
the deck sheet. Be sure to note that the center
full length clip is longer than the lower clip.
2. Remove the hardware attaching the clips and plate
to deck, retain for re-use.
3. Install the clips on the frame cross bars in the
same position and orientation as they were on
the deck. A soft mallet or hammer and wood
block may be used to gently tap the clips into
position, being careful to keep the clips straight
so they are not bent. Once installed the clips will
slide on the crossbars.
4. Position the deck sheet on the frame and slide
the clips as required to align mounting holes.
Install all hardware loosely.
5. Position the bottom plate behind the nose and
install hardware.
6. Tighten all hardware securely.
