    Ventilation Installation The Valenta 7 roaster must be exhausted in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions as documented in the prior section of this manual. The roaster exhaust system must be independent of all other systems. Exhaust Penetrations Any wall or ceiling penetration of ducts that transfer roaster exhaust must meet the International Building Code fire-resistance rating and cannot be located within any fire-blocking* and/or draft-stopping* areas.
