Thank you for purchasing this Rock Exotica product. The SwivaBiner consists of two carabiners
that can swivel and help give proper orientation in your system. In some cases it can replace two
regular carabiners and a swivel, with a shorter and lighter solution. Each frame is machined out
of solid 7075 alloy on a high-speed 4-axis machining center. It is exceptionally strong for its size
and weight. Be sure to read all instructions and use it properly and conservatively. It is designed
to provide orientation, not for high speed or constant rotation. It must only be used in a straight
pull, when it is free to align itself with the load. It must NEVER be subjected to a bending force.
Rock Exotica products are designed and manufactured in the USA using do-
mestic and foreign materials

! Mandatory Locking Carabiner Procedure !
There have been serious accidents resulting from carabiners that the user
thought were locked, but were not. Dirt, ice, etc. can jam an autolock
sleeve. Never assume autolock carabiners lock on closing - always con-
firm! You may forget to lock a manual lock sleeve - always double check!
You must understand how the sleeve works and know what it looks like
when it is locked and unlocked.
You must faithfully do the following every time you clip a carabiner:
1. Visually confirm the carabiner is locked.
2. Push in on the gate/sleeve to confirm by touch that it is locked.
Do not allow ropes or objects to rub or twist the sleeve because this
could unlock it. Vibration can also unlock a sleeve. Regularly check
that the carabiner is locked and positioned properly and always do so if
items contact it or anything unusual occurs. If the biner cannot be kept
in sight, use something else, such as a screwlink. Carabiners should be
doubled-up when possible.
