- Page 2 Field of Operation. The CF-ECO unit are dust collectors for collecting dust, welding smoke and other dry pollutants. The unique baffling system works as spark trap and directs heavier particles directly down towards the bottom of the unit. Small particles are filtered through the cartridge filter.
- Page 3 3. Open the valve on the unit 3 times 10 seconds. 30 seconds pause between each 10 sec. 4. CF-Eco, open the door and take out the dust tray and dispose of material in accordance with local regulations. Put the dust tray in again and close the door.
- Page 4 Replacement of Jet-Pulse Actuator Mechanism. The 7” (175mm) Jet-Pulse that is part of the cleaning mechanism inside the filter cartridge will eventually wear reducing cleaning performance. Check for signs of excessive wear when doing normal filter service or if a decrease in filter cleaning effectiveness is observed.
