4.5 Smart Desktop
Smart Desktop enables you to easily
arrange the open windows in one of the
predefined layouts by dragging them in
the zones.
1. Download Smart Desktop
• You only need to download it for
the first time, and you can use it
directly afterwards.
2. Enable Smart Desktop
• Enable desktop layout settings.
3. Select a layout
• Click Edit to open the layout style
editor interface.
• The layout editor appears with the
built-in templates on display. Each
layout is designed for a specific
number of windows and a specific
format, such as rows or columns.
• Select a layout and a preview of the
layout will appear on the monitor.
• Double-clicking on a layout will
apply the layout and automatically
close the editor.
• If multiple monitors are being used,
the editor will detect the available
monitors and display them for
you to choose from. The selected
monitor will then be the target of
the selected layout.
• Press the Shift key and drag the
window by its title bar. You'll then
see the layout you selected. Drag the
window into one of the zones, and it
will fit into place.
4. Edit zone layout
• Click the pencil icon for a layout you
want to modify.
