Note ambientali L’apparecchiatura è stata concepita per essere utilizzata in un ambiente caratterizzato da una tem- peratura compresa tra +10 °C e +40 °C e un grado di umidità relativa compreso tra il 30% e l’80%. Un uso a temperatura e/o umidità differenti può portare l’apparecchiatura ad anomalie di funzio- namento e guasti imprevisti. -

The appliance must only be connected to an electrical socket individually protected against indirect contacts, and equipped upstream with a protection consisting of a magneto-thermal/differential switch having characteristics compatible with the electrical load of the appliance, in compliance with the regulations in force in the country of use. Reset of the safety thermostat The appliance is equipped with a safety thermostat (G, Pic.4 for the FC18, FC16M, FC25M and FC250M models; G, Pic.5 for all the other models) which intervenes when the oil or melted grease temperature exceeds 230 °C due to the failure of the working thermostat. If the appliance turns on but the oil or the melted grease does not reach the temperature set on the work thermostat (E, Pic.4), it could be due to the intervention of the safety thermostat. -

To prevent electric shocks, never immerse the appliance, the power supply cable or the plug in water or any other liquid. ATTENTION! Danger of burns! During normal operation, the surfaces of the appliance can be very hot. Never touch the surfaces near the oil tank and the heating elements with bare hands.
