PRE-PROGRAMMED WORKOUTS

This table shows the changing intensity of each pre-programmed workout during
the 10-minute programme. The intensity changes every 30 seconds.

Perfect setting to get you used to the vibrations and the sensation of the board. Ideal
as a warm-up or a lower intensity daily workout. The programme consists of lower
intensity vibrations with speeds ranging from 10 to 100, changing every 30 seconds.
P2
This setting starts low and moves into a more moderate intensity workout. The
programme has intervals of speeds varying between 20 and 120 and includes
moderate vibrations and massage - making it an ideal programme for weight loss.
P3
This 10-minute moderate workout has interval speeds varying between 40 and 160,
with moderate intensity vibrations and massage. A really great programme aimed at
weight loss and muscle toning.
P4 (Press P2 twice on remote control to activate P4)
This setting is a moderate to high intensity workout and has speeds varying from 10
to 180. With moderate to high intensity vibrations and massage, this is an effective
programme for intensive weight loss and muscle toning.
