CDMRE 100 Manual Page 10 3. MENU NAVIGATION AND SETTINGS 3.1. Measured values The 1st menu item shows the instantaneous frequency, as well as all 4-wire (star) and 3-wire (delta) voltages. This view is automatically shown after commissioning the device. An overshooting/undershooting of a set limit value is indicated in the meas- ured value menu by the inverted display of the violated limit value.
CDMRE 100 Manual Page 11 3.4. General 1 The 4th menu item shows the parameterization of general settings 1. Mains: This selection defines whether the overvoltage and undervolt- age stages are applicable for the 4-wire (star) or 3-wire (delta) voltages.
CDMRE 100 Manual Page 12 3.5. General 2 The 5th menu item shows the parameterization of general settings 2. fU logic: If the frequency/voltage switching logic is activated, the switch- on is possible only if the frequency and all voltages must be sim- ultaneously within the switching points +/- hysteresis (of U>, U<...
CDMRE 100 Manual Page 13 3.6. General 3 The 6th menu item shows the parameterization of general settings 3. Code: You can set the activation code here. When you set the code “0000”, the code lock is deactivated.
CDMRE 100 Manual Page 14 3.7. U> overvoltage stage 1 The 7th menu item shows the parameterization of U> overvoltage stage 1. Trip: Trip - activate/deactivate the function. Trip V: Switching point – voltage value (in percentage of the nominal voltage) that leads to a trigger when overshot.
CDMRE 100 Manual Page 15 3.11. U10> 10-minute average - voltage quality The 11th menu item shows the parameterization of U10> 10-minute aver- age - voltage quality. Trip: Trigger - activate/deactivate the function. Trip V: Switching point – 10-minute average value that leads to a trig- ger when overshot.
CDMRE 100 Manual Page 16 3.12. f> overfrequency stage 1 The 12th menu item shown the parameterization of f> overfrequency stage 1. Trip: Trigger - activate/deactivate the function. Trip f: Switching point – frequency value that leads to a trigger when overshot.
CDMRE 100 Manual Page 17 3.16. 3.17. Vk> vector shift The 17th menu item shows the parameterization of Vk> vector shift. Trip: Trigger - activate/deactivate the function. Angle: Switching point - phase angle, which must occur at least during a vector shift so that it leads to a trigger.
CDMRE 100 Manual Page 18 3.18. Event log The 18th menu item shows the event log. The first page in the event log shows the current triggers. If there are no errors, the backlight is green and the display is empty.
CDMRE 100 Manual Page 19 3.19. Test menu You can enter the Test menu by simultaneously pressing the Up and Down keys for at least 3 seconds. The trigger time of the feedback contacts is measured and displayed here.
CDMRE 100 Manual Page 20 4. CDMRE-100 COMMUNICATION SOFTWARE The serial interface (RS232) offers a convenient option for parameterization and logging of the setting values of the CDMRE-100 relay. The connection requires a serial interface or a USB/RS232 converter and a PC or laptop with Windows XP/Vista/7/10.
