- Page 7 ASSEMBLY & OPPERATION DETACH THE CASING FROM THE MACHINE BASE BY TURNING COUNTERCLOCKWISE. CENTER AND SNAP THE COUPLER BASE INTO THE “O” RING. THE COUPLER SHOULD BE CENTERED ON THE BASE OF THE “O” RING. SCREW NEEDLE ON TO COUPLER AND REMOVE PROTECTIVE SLEEVE. * BE SURE TO TIGHTEN NEEDLE UNTIL IT WILL TIGHTEN NO FURTHER.
