Connections
POWER: The MX420-OP modules obtain power from
the 10+2 interconnection bus. Power originates from
an MX Base Module (see specification section).
4 to 20mA OUTPUT: The Port-1 I/O terminal block is
at the top-front of the unit. Port-2 is directly below it.
On a 4 port model, Port-3 is at the bottom-front of the
unit with Port-4 directly below and behind it.

Internally, this module's negative (-) input
terminals

connected

interconnection bus negative (-) terminal (circuit
common).

Modules shall be installed in an enclosure which
maintains an ingress protection rating of IP54 and
meets the enclosure requirements of EN60079-0 and

in DIN rail with DIN end clamps mounted on both
sides of the module set.
