    6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 6.1.  Disassembling Disconnect the device from the electrical power source. The nut has 3 tabs for easy loosening. If the nut has been tightened too much, use a soft cloth, which should be placed on the tabs and twist. Unscrew the lock knob and remove the head (together with the grinding disc, cutter and worm shaft) then lay the head with the outlet hole down to remove the grinding disc, cutter and worm shaft.
