@Joann hi tht symbol means something on your scooter needs to be fixed things is could be 1. The back of brakes the red slot thing might be pushed forward so check that 2. You might need air in one of both of your tires just go to any gas station and they will help with air 3. Check your brake switch on handle bars see if it has any damage like from falling on the ground you can unscrew that yourself and re hook it back up but be very wise while doing so.
