• The working temperature should be between 14°F to 104°F (-10°C to 40°C).
• The internal light sources of this product cannot be replaced. If the light sources sustain damage, the product should be replaced.
• Do not allow children to assemble and install this product without adult supervision.
• Avoid installing this product near major heat sources.
• External dimmers cannot be used with this product.
• Avoid installing this product near potentially dangerous sources (e.g., candles, liquid-filled objects.)

Thanks for choosing Govee Fixture Lights. This product is composed of 4 connected fixtures that can be easily installed on the walls of a corridor, living room, bedroom, and more, bringing another level of colorfulness to daily life.

Download Govee Home App to adjust colors, color segmentation, brightness, effects, and mode, and also connect with third-party voice assistants such as Alexa and Google Assistant for hands-free control.

Pairing Your Device with Govee Home App

What You Need

• A Wi-Fi router that supports 2.4GHz and 802.11 b/g/n bands (5GHz is not supported).
• A smartphone or tablet running iOS or Android.

Pairing Instructions

• Download the Govee Home app from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices).
• Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
• Open the app, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner and search for "H6087".
• Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Controlling the Device with Your Voice

1. Open the app, then tap the device icon to enter detail page.
2. Tap the setting icon in the top right corner.
3. Select Using Guidance and follow on-screen instructions to control the device using your voice.

Troubleshooting

1. Cannot connect to Govee Home App.

1. Check if the fixture light is powered on.
2. Check if your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled, or try connecting with another smartphone.
3. When connecting for the first time, ensure the smartphone is near the fixture light.
4. If the connection error still exists, please delete the connected fixture light from "My Device" on the app.
5. Reconnect to Govee Home App by following the instructions provided previously.

2. Wi-Fi disconnected or failed to connect.

1. Check if the fixture light is powered on.
2. Do not skip connecting to Wi-Fi during the pairing process.
3. Ensure your Wi-Fi router is 2.4GHz capable (5GHz is not supported).
4. Ensure you entered the correct Wi-Fi password during the Wi-Fi connection process.
5. Try connecting the fixture light with a smartphone hotspot to check if your home network is working properly.
6. Shorten the distance between the fixture light and the Wi-Fi router to less than 50ft, then try reconnecting.

3. Cannot pair or connect with Alexa or Google Assistant. Please contact the Govee support team for rapid product replacement.

2. Go to the app Settings page and follow the instructions under "User Guide" to pair the device again.

2. If multiple users wish to control the same device, ensure they are using the same account.
