  • Page 5 Take the Fort Floor and the Fort Floor attachment and push them together. Once pushed together, center the Floor Joiners over where the floors meet, and attach with 4 (E) screws. Do this for each floor joiner. Total Screws = 20 Qty. of (E)
  • Page 6 To construct the 2300mm Fort Wall, you must take a Balustrade connector, and attach 2 of the Balustrades on each side using (F) screws, as shown. Do this twice to get both 2300mm Fort Walls. Total Screws = 8 Qty. of (F) Now that all the seperate components are complete, flip the Fort Floor, and attach one of the 1700mm Fort Walls to the Fort Floor.

  • Page 8 Attach the final 1700mm Fort Wall to the already standing 2300mm Fort Walls. Total Screws = 6 Qty. of (F) Attach the both 2300mm Fort Walls to the Fort Deck. Do this on both sides. Total Screws = 4 Qty. of (F) for each wall. 8 in total.

  • Page 12 Attach the 2300mm Fort Walls to the Roof as shown. Roof trim angles need to fit exactly and the roof must have equal overhangs on both sides. Total Screws = 6 Qty. of (E) Attach the Gable to the Roof as shown. Do this on both sides. Total Screws = 2 Qty.
  • Page 13 (A)10 Attach the Roof Capping with 1 row of 5 screws on each side of Corri Total Screws = 10 Qty. of (A) Attach the L Channel with 5 (A) screws to the Corri Sheet. Do this on both sides. Total Screws = 5 Qty.
