FixturePoint Welding Table
The FixturePoint Welding Table features a total of 216 holes (.63"Ø, 16 mm) in
a 2" grid pattern for location of components and the set-up of clamps. This is a
complete Modular Fixturing System.

Installation:

Build the table leg frame - Turn
the Tabletop subassembly
upside down, and rest the
Tabletop on a level, flat surface.
Using Machine Screw (F2) with
Nuts (F3), Washers (F4). Attach
the four Leg Posts (B) to the
Welded Table Frame (A).

Mount Support Rails - Mount the
Short Support Rails (C) to the sides of
the Table Leg Posts using Machine
Screw (F2), Nut (F3) and Washers
(F4). Mount the Long Support Rails
(D) to the front and back of the Table
Leg Posts using Machine Screw
(F2), Nuts (F3) and Washers (F4).

F2 Machine Screw M6 x 16
F3 Hex Nut M6
F4 Plain Washer M6

Install Glides - Install the four Glides
(F1) to the bottom of the four Leg
Posts (B). Screw the threaded stud on
the Glides into the threaded holes on
the four Leg Posts. Turn the table
assembly to the upright position.
Adjust the four Glides as required to
level the table.
