Thank you for purchasing this Edifier product. For generations, Edifier tries to provide powered speaker products to satisfy the need of our end customers, even the most demanding ones. This product can add to your home entertainment, personal computer, and mini home theater great sound performance. Please read this manual carefully to obtain the best of this system.
The lightning flash with arrowhead inside thetriangle, is intended to alert the user to the presence of un-insulated dangerous voltage within the product's enclosure that may be of a sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons.

To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not remove cover (or back). No user-serviceable Parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified Service personnel only.
The exclamation point inside the triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying the product.

- Do not use this apparatus near water.
- Clean only with dry cloth.
- Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
- Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
- Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
- Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
- Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
- Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
- The MAINS plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable
Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.

Note:
- When system is in STBY (standby) mode, press and hold any button of
to wake the system up to work mode. - Press and hold any button except INPUT to disable the alarm when the alarm is triggered.
- Press any button to set the alarm into snooze when the alarm is triggered, and the alarm will start again after 10 minutes.

- DC IN 9V: Connect to the power adapter
- MODE: Select time setting, alarm clock and sleep time
- SET: Works with MODE to set time, alarm clock and sleep time
- AUX IN: AUX input (PC sound card, MP3, MP4, iPod/iPhone, etc.)
- DOWN: Works with SET to decrease settings
- UP: Works with SET to increase settings
Power on
Connect the attached adapter (9V/12W) to DC IN 9V on the rear panel of the speaker. Plug the power adapter into mains outlet, the system is powered on.
Operational guide for FM
Selecting FM region
In FM mode:
- Long press FUNC: LCD screen displays "LOC.";
- Press
: select FM region from: FULL, EU (China/Europe), ASIA, JP (Japan), US (United States), AUS (Australia).
Searching and presetting channels
In active mode:
Press FUNC: LCD screen displays "SECH";
- Press
: start auto search in the range of 87.5-108MHz (JP: 76.0MHz~90.0MHz); - Press
: select one of the preset channels (24 preset channels maximum).
LCD screen displays "TUNE", press
to search channels at a 0.1MHz step frequency.
- Connect the AUX IN on rear panel to PC sound card, MP3, MP4 or other audio source with the 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio connecting cable.
- Press INPUT to select AUX input to play the music.
- Connect iPod /iPhone (MP3 or WMA format audio source) into the dock
- Press INPUT to select iPod input to play music.
Note: the Tick Tock Dock will automatically synchronize the time set on your iPod/iPhone. FM Radio can also be controlled using the iPod FM Radio application.
Reset
In mute mode:
- Press and hold FUNC, the LCD screen displays system version number;
- Press
to reset system. The 24 preset channels would be cleared, the time displays Jan. 1st, 2011, the alarm is off and the alarm time is "00:00", the sleep time displays "00", and the audio input is FM, volume level is 15. After finishing reset, system will return to STBY (standby) mode.
Time and Alarm clock setting guidance

- Press "MODE" to access the time setting;
- Press "SET" to access sequently the hour, minute, year, month, day and 12-hour / 24-hour clock settings
- The setting selected blinks
- Press UP / DOWN to adjust the setting.
Alarm setting

- Press "MODE" to access the alarm setting
- Press "SET" to access sequentially the alarm index, alarm on/off, hour, minute, alarm source, alarm volume
- Press UP / DOWN to adjust the setting. There are 5 available alarms.
- The alarm will last 5 minutes once it is triggered, sleep time is 10 minutes.
- The alarm will trigger for three times and work in this order if there's no operation when the alarm rings: Alarm-Snooze-Alarm-Snooze-Alarm-STBY
Sleep setting

- Press "MODE" to enter the sleep setting,
- Press "SET" to enable the sleep timer, the figures of sleep timer will blink
- Press UP / DOWN to set Sleep time (Seven settings: 15min, 30min, 45min, 60min, 75min, 90min and sleep timer off).
Note:
- The system will show the time display if there is no operation within 30 seconds.
- Sleep setting is the time specified for music to play before the Tick Tock Dock automatically turns to standby mode.

Troubleshooting
- Not all speakers function:
Please first check if the speaker wires are connected securely; then check if the Line-in connectors are reversed; check also if the audio source is at fault. - One satellite speaker does not function when playing CD from computer:
This kind of phenomena is prone to happen on new computer systems that one satellite does not function when playing CD, but system works fine when playing WAV formatted files. This is mainly due to the fault connection of CD-ROM and sound card, that one channel of signal is shorted to the ground.
Please refer to the manual of CD-ROM and sound card to adjust the wire connection. - System does not work at all:
- Please check if power is connected, and if the wall outlet is switched on.
- Please check if system is in STBY mode.
- Please check if the master volume is turned to minimum
- Please check if the audio input cable is connected correctly
- Please check if there is signal from audio source
