  • Page 4 Assemble base bars from (1) to （4）with (F1) screws.
  • Page 5 Place the wall panel (P1)(P1D)(P2) on the base bar (1)(2)(3)(4) side wall of the shed line up the holes with base bar, s e c u r e w i t h ( F 1 ) , t h e w a l l p a n e l ( P 1 ) ( P 2 ) a s s e m b l y together in mid of wall panel hole by (F2) screws...
  • Page 6 Insert the 2 pieces of (G2) slider into the sliding channel (7), screw (7) on (P1)(P1D) by (F1). Then screw (6) between front wall panel and (7) by (F1). Note: sliding channel (7) is not have holes, because it aluminum material, very soft material, (F1) can easy screw.
  • Page 7 Place the top angel bars(9) (10) on the top of wall panel, line up the holes with wall panels and fix with (F1) screws. Then place the wall panel (P1A)(P3)(P4B) on the base bar (1)(4), side wall of the shed line up the holes with base bar. Secure with (F1),screws with washers from outside.
  • Page 8 Place the left door column (25L) on the top of base bar (3), insert into the wall panel. Then secure the door column(25L) with(F1) screws. Repeat the same for the right door column(25R).
  • Page 9 Place square panel (12L) and gable panel (21L)(21R) on the top of slide channel(6) and side top bar(9) by the (F1) screws from inside.
  • Page 10 Place the roof panels (P5)(P7) on the top of wall panel and roof supports, line up the boles and secure with (F1) and washers. Note: all of (F1) screw inside need assembly (S1), to prevent scratches.
  • Page 11 Assemble the roof flashing (15)(16)(17) with roof panels. Secure with (F1) screws with washers. Then place 4 piece of top corner(GC) on the roof joints and secure with screws with washers.
  • Page 12 Assemble the door bar (20) to the door panel (D1)up by (F2) bolt and nut with washer , assemble the door bar (20) to the bottom of door panel(D1) by (F2) bolt and nut with washer. Assemble the door bar(27) to the mid of door panel(D1) by (F2) bolt and nut with washer.
  • Page 13 Fix 1 piece of the door handle (GB) with door panel (D1) inside with (F2) bolt and nut. Note: the door handle(GB) the third hole need fix with door panel(D1) and door bar (27).
  • Page 14 Slide the door panel(D1) assembly into the base bar (3), then fix the panel top to the top slider (G2) with (F3) screws. See figures below.
