instructions listed below, may result in electric shock, fire,
explosion and/or serious personal injury.
work Area safety:
1. Keep your work area clean and well lit.
Cluttered benches and dark areas invite accidents.
2. Do not operate lights in explosive atmospheres, such as
in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
Lights create sparks which may ignite the dust or
fumes.
3. Keep bystanders, children, and visitors away while
operating a light. Distractions can cause you to lose
control and endanger others.
electrical safety:
4. Before connecting light to a power supply, always check
to ensure the power supply corresponds to the voltage
on the nameplate of the light (100-240V AC). A power
supply with a voltage greater or lower than that
specified can result in serious injury to the user, as well
as damage the light. If in doubt, do not plug in the light.
5. Always unplug the power cord from the electric outlet
when not in use, cleaning or changing parts.
6. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging
the light.
7. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving
parts.
8. Never attempt to plug in or operate light with defective
or damaged light, wires, power cord or power cord plug.
Have any defective or damaged parts replaced
immediately by an authorized repair center.
9. Never remove, bypass or modify the grounding prong
on any electrical plug in any way. Do not use any
adapter plugs. Check with a qualified electrician if you
are in doubt as to whether the outlet is properly
grounded.
10. Do not use in or around water, damp conditions, on wet
surfaces, wet hands or while standing in water.
11. do not use light around any flammable material
or fuel.
12. Keep light away from hot objects.

WARNING
14. The cord must be of the proper size and type to supply
the correct current to the light without overheating.
Otherwise the extension cord could melt and catch fire,
or cause electrical damage to the light. This light
requires the use of an extension cord of 0 to 12 amps
capability (up to 50 feet) with wire size rated at 16 AWG.
Longer extension cords require larger size wire (smaller
AWG number). AWG = American Wire Gauge.

Personal safety:

15. Stay alert, watch what you are doing, and use common
sense when operating a light. Do not use light while
tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or
medication. A moment of inattention while operating
power tools may result in serious personal injury.
16. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry.
Contain long hair. Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves
away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry, or long
hair can be caught in moving parts.
17. Avoid accidental starting. Be sure switch is in the
locked or "off" position before plugging into power
source. Carrying lights with your finger on the switch
or plugging into power source with the switch "on"
invites accidents.
18. Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Dust
mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing
protection must be used for appropriate conditions.
19. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at
all times. Proper footing and balance enable better
control of the light in unexpected situations.
20. Slipping, tripping and/or falling while operating product
can be a major cause of serious injury or death. Be
aware of cord left on walking or work surface.
light use and care:
21. Disconnect light from power source or place the
switch in the locked or "off" position before making
any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the
light. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk
of starting the light accidentally.
22. Store idle lights out of reach of children and other
untrained persons. Lights are dangerous in the hands of
untrained users.
23. When light is not in use, keep it away from other metal
objects like: paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or
other small metal objects that can make a connection
from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery
terminals together may cause sparks, burns, or a fire.
24. If damaged, have the light serviced before using. Many
accidents are caused by poorly maintained lights.
25. Use only accessories that are recommended by the
manufacturer for your model. Accessories that may be
suitable for one light may create a risk of injury when
used on another light.
26. cAution: Magnetic forces can be harmful to personal
property and equipment including cell phones,
computers, diagnostic equipment and credit cards.
27. Do not store light at temperature above 120°F (49°C)
