  • Page 5 Air pump is pulsing and air is rushing out the exhaust on the pump. The diaphragm in the pump has failed. Disassemble pump and replace diaphragm with BG rebuild kit Part No. PF91020D. Pump runs but doesn’t pull vacuum.
