This manual is written and compiled in accordance with council directive MDD93/42/EEC for
medical devices and harmonized standards. In case of modifications and software upgrades, the

The manual describes, in accordance with the Pulse Oximeters features and requirements, main
structure, functions, specifications, correct methods for transportation, installation, usage, operation,
repair, maintenance and storage, etc. It also includes safety procedures to protect both the user and the
equipment. Refer to the respective chapters for details.
Please read the m anual carefully before using this product. The section describing operating
procedures should be followed carefully. Failure to follow the instructions given may cause
measuring abnormality, equipment damage and human injury. The manufacturer is NOT responsible
for the safety, reliability and performance issues and any monitoring abnormality, human injury and
equipment damage due to users' negligence, through improper use or operation contrary to these
written instructions. The manufacturer's warranty is Null and Void under these circumstances as
well.

WARNING:
M Discomfort or pain may appear if using the device continuously for longer than specified
periods of time, especially with microcirculation barrier patients.
M For the special patients, there should be a more prudent inspecting in the placing process.
The device can not be clipped on edemi c or tender tissue.
M The light (the infrared is invisible) emitted from the device is harmful to the eyes, so the
user should not look at the light source.
M Subjects for test should not use enamel Nail polish.
M Subjects for test should not have excessive finger nail length.
M Please refer to the correlative literature concerning clinical restrictions and cautions.
