A 1 Features Flask Press EWL 5407 is designed to compress flasks, both individually and appropriate to the material, by means of a smooth build-up of the working pressure to 6 metric tons. After completion of the procedure, Flask Press EWL 5407 is immediately ready for further operation, as the reinforced synthetic-resin pressure piston automatically retracts after opening the valve.
The usual pressure required lies between 2,5 and 5 metric tons. This area is coloured green on the manometer. In order to prevent damage to flasks and the press, do not pump beyond the maximum indicated on the manometer. EWL 5407...

Do not use any chemicals. The freely-visible piston track should be cleaned daily with a clean linen cloth, then lightly lubricated with the recommended hydraulic oil. Within the scope of the current Delivery and Payment Conditions, KaVo EWL warrants the unit to be free from malfunctions, defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. At the end of this warranty period, KaVo provides a further 6-months guarantee for faults arising, which can be traced back to deficiencies in materials or the manufacturing process.
