    SECTION 1.3 – Electronics & Controllers C-Monster 1.0 Motor Cover Installation REMOVAL: STEP 1 Disconnect the 12V (+) wire from the battery source, or remove the inline fuse. STEP 2 Remove the four Phillips Head Bolts that hold the cover on the C-Monster Motor Assembly. FIG 1 STEP 3 With the cover removed, disconnect the Membrane Switch Ribbon Wire from the Circuit Board by gently pulling on it.

FIG 1 INSTALLATION: STEP 1 With the Rubber Membrane, Power Cord and Circuit Board fully seated into the Pump Casing Groove, re-install the Motor Cover.

    SECTION 1.5 – Electronics & Controllers C-Monster 1.0 Circuit Board Installation REMOVAL: STEP 1 Disconnect the 12V (+) wire from the Battery Source or remove the Inline Fuse. STEP 2 Remove the Motor Cover by unscrewing the four Phillips Head Bolts that attach the Cover to the Motor Assembly.

    SECTION 1.7 – Electronics & Controllers C-Monster 1.0 Motor Assembly Installation REMOVAL: STEP 1 Disconnect the 12V (+) and BLACK 12V (-) wires from the Battery Source. STEP 2 Remove Motor Cover by unscrewing the four Phillips Head Bolts attach the Cover to the Motor Assembly. FIG 1 STEP 3 Loosen the two Phillips Head Bolts that hold the Motor to the Pump Base approximately 5/8”.

If the unit continues to run once retracted, INCREASE the sensitivity. If the unit stops running prematurely, DECREASE the sensitivity. NOTE: Default settings are in the middle of the range.

    SECTION 1.9 – Electronics & Controllers C-Monster Controller Programming & Operation Advanced Surface Mount Remote Control PROGRAMMING: STEP 1 Press and hold the PROGRAM button on the top of the HPU for three seconds. The LED will turn solid GREEN. FIG 1 or 3 NOTE: If dual anchors are installed, perform STEP 1 for BOTH HPUs.

    IMPORTANT! Do not over tighten screws. OPERATION: To raise or lower the Power-Pole, press and hold the UP or DOWN Foot Switch. The anchor will only continue to move while the button is depressed. Auto Mode Double tapping (depressing and releasing 2 times within 1 second) the UP or DOWN Foot Switch will cause the anchor to retract or deploy automatically.

STEP 2 Use a small flat-blade Screwdriver to remove the top Cover for the Remote Control Key Fob.
  • Page 25 SECTION 1.10 – Electronics & Controllers C-Monster Controller Battery Replacement (Continued) ADVANCED FOOT SWITCH: STEP 1 Remove the three #6 x 3/4” pan head Screws with a #2 Phillips-Head Screwdriver and remove the Foot Switch and its Rubber Base from the Vessel’s surface. STEP 2 Take the Foot Switch and its base to a dry location and separate the Foot Switch and Rubber Base with a flat-blade Screwdriver.

  • Page 29 SECTION 2.1 – Hydraulic Systems HPU Reservoir Replacement (continued) STEP 3 Insert Filter Screens (D) into a 5/8” Deep Socket and place the Socket/Filter Screen over the Pump Suction Tube. Ensure that the rim of Filter Screens (D) are evenly aligned with the tube and tap them squarely with a Rubber Mallet.

    PRESSURE RELIEF: IMPORTANT: Pressure must be relieved before proceeding STEP 1 Lower the Power-Pole Anchor down so the Everflex™ spike is touching the ground. WARNING: Do not touch Spike with bare hands. STEP 2 Manually push the anchor into closed position, relieving pressure. Manually lower the anchor back to the ground.
