Digital timer counting and discounting, stop.
Allows control entries by closing contacts through tension-free devices.
The ability timer is 0 to 59 minutes and 59 seconds, with automatic restart.
Installation.
Preferably, the module must be installed in a box or rack, in a well ventilated, especially if given
to 24 V. Try to avoid any contact between the circuit and metal objects. Do not install the device in very humid
with high temperatures or possible contact with liquid.
Do not feed the module until the installation is complete. Read this manual to the end.
During the installation wiring is necessary to respect the polarity of the inputs, and each cable has the shortest
length possible for entries START / STOP, count, subtract, RESET. If the distance is greater than 50 cm, must
use a shielded cable and connect the shield to the terminal with the earth symbol (negative). The maximum
total length can not exceed 2 m, to avoid destabilizing the correct operating mode of the module.
POWER SUPPLY.
The module has two separate entrances to the negative supply common, one to 12 VDC
and one at 24 VDC. To correctly use the circuit will have to choose between 12 or 24 V, but never use both at
the same time.
In both cases (to power the circuit at 12 VDC or 24 VDC), the power supply must be properly stabilized and
filtered. We recommend the FE-113 (12V) power supply, which have been developed to respond perfectly to
the needs of the circuit.
Connect the positive terminal of the power supply to the respective terminals (+12), or terminal (+24),
according to the required voltage. Then connect the negative power supply module to the common negative,
as shown in the wiring diagram.
Note: Install the fuse and a switch as shown in the diagram of the power supply. Both are necessary.
OPERATION
START / STOP button is pressed When closed, the timer is activated and begins counting or discounting.
The time count is stopped when the down remains open.
If the switch is closed to reach 59.59 00.00 passes upward into account, the account reach 00.00 59.59 goes
down.
