How to inflate your float tube
FRM BOARDS® Float Tube are designed to be inflated by foot
or hand pump. Before inflating the boat, make sure to place
the boat on a flat surface and remove any sharp objects from
the flat surface where the boat will be assembled.
Your Heavy Duty Float Tube has double seal valves for easy
inflation and deflation. The valve is constructed in 3 parts:
* 3D Valve spool means it
can be pressed and popped,
and can be rotated left
and right.
To inflate
The 3D valve spool [B] must be ejected. The upper cap [A]
must be removed from the valve body [C] in order to inflate.
Use a pump to inflate the float tube just enough to hold their
shape. When inflation is complete
spool REMAINS EJECTED (if not
turning left to eject). Then put back all upper caps.
Inflation steps and air pressure parameters

Care and storage of your float tube
Always partially deflate the air chambers before storing your
assembled float tube in a vehicle or hot area. The air in the air
chambers can expand significantly.
There is no need to deflate and store your float tube after each
use. If you are not going to use your float tube for an extended
period deflate it and store it. To avoid mildew and for a long
life
be sure that your float tube is dry and clean before you

pack it and that you store it in a dry place
