The barcode reader EF02 or NS02 can directly communicate with a PC via Bluetooth (HID, or
SPP mode), however, with a Bluetooth adapter BFP1, the pairing of Bluetooth can be much easy,
the distance of communication can be extended up to 20 meters, and one BFP1 can support up
to six EF02 or NS02 readers for communication at one time.
The BFP1 works with EF02 or NS02 only via Bluetooth SPP mode, and it works with PC via
either HID keyboard mode or virtual serial port mode.
1. Power on the BFP1 with a PC using the USB cable. The blue LED light of BFP1 will flash. To
set up the connection of EF02 or NS02 with BFP1, the EF02 or NS02 must be made to SPP
mode by scanning the following three barcodes, the blue LED indicator of FS02P with flash
slowly.
