    General Information The purpose of the Team 6 robot is to transport two cans from one location to another while traveling around a median. The gripper is designed specifically to hold a can of Campbell’s soup being picked up in a horizontal orientation (laying down). Any other object that is not similar in shape or dimensions will not work with this design.

    Figure 1: Gripper Controls Gripper Switch: The switch is off when it is in the center position 2, shown above. The switch can be flipped on or off by switching it up or down to position 1 or 3, shown above.

    Figure 2: Drivetrain Controls Right Analog Stick: In order to move the robot forward, press the right analog stick up to position 1. In order to move the robot backward, press the right analog stick down to position 2. To move the robot forward and to the left, press the stick up and to the left to position 3. To move the robot forward and to the right, press the stick up and to the right to position To move the robot backward and to the left, press the stick down and to the left to position 5.

To lower the vertical lift, move the left analog stick down to position 2. To extend the boom arm, move the left analog stick left to position 3. To retract the boom arm, move the left analog stick right to position 4.

    Robot Controls Figure 4: Toggle Switch for Robot Instructions To turn the robot on, flip the switch to point inwards towards the robot. To turn the robot off, flip the switch to point away from the robot.
