- Page 3 Center Post Installation The 1.25”(31.75mm) x 58”(1.47m) long fiberglass Center Post is installed into the Hexx Beam Center Hub. The Center Hub should already have the DXE-XB-5-MMK Mast Kit installed. Slide the Center Post in place. There is a cross bolt inside the Mast Mount Tube that will stop the fiberglass center post at the proper depth.
- Page 4 Support Rope Guy Ring Installation The Center Post should have the DXE-XB-5-FF Flat Feed assembly and the Balun installed per the applicable instruction manuals. At the top of the center post slip one 1.25" dia. Band Clamp over the center post. From the DXE-GR-5P Guy Ring Set slip the 1.25”...
- Page 5 Spreader Tubes and Clamps 1 - Slide the 3/4”(19mm) x 43”(1.09m) tube inside the 1”(25.4mm) x 58”(1.47m) tube with a 4”(101.6mm) overlap. Tighten a 3/4” Band Clamp in place to keep the 3/4” tube from sliding further into the 1” tube as shown below. The short 5”(127mm) reinforcement tubes will be installed when you mount the spreader assembly to the Hexx Hub.

- Page 7 Installing the Rope Assemblies to the Spreader and Center Post Install a Carabiner in a Rope Assembly. Attach it to the cushioned P-Clamp as shown. Carefully pulling on the Rope Assembly, connect the other end of the Rope Assembly to the Center Post Guy Ring Carabiner as shown.
