Unfold the stem and push it until you hear
a click. Then unfold the kickstand to
support the scooter.

Use the Allen wrench to install 6 screws,
make sure it's tightened.

Questions and answers
I received the scooter, assembled the handle bar and base, charged the battery and was ready to ride. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to want to go! Is there something I'm missing, like a way to put it into gear? The tail light and headlight work, the brakelight reaponds to the hand lever. I am able to switch modes, but nothing happens when I twist the throttle. Please help! Did I receive a faulty scooter?
